Questions about pricing
How is the price calculated?
The subscription is monthly and depends on the number of suppliers whose rebate you track during the year: £450 a month excluding VAT for up to 50 suppliers with Essential, £900 a month for up to 300 with Pro. Beyond that, the Enterprise plan is quoted on your options and the help you want for the first cycle.
Do suppliers pay to use Palier?
No. The subscription is taken out by the account that manages the rebates; the supplier contacts it invites use Palier without a subscription.
Can we try Palier on our own scales?
Yes. The demo runs on your scales and a sample of your figures if you send them, so you can judge the result on real cases.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup takes a few steps: periods, suppliers, agreements and scales (importable from Excel), then invitations. The time mostly depends on how many agreements you bring over.
